High-precision mechanical assembly — parts, sourcing and build in one place
You do not want a box of loose parts, you want a module that fits and works. FormHub machines the components, sources the bearings and standard hardware, builds the assembly and tests it before it ships. One part number, one delivery, one point of contact — instead of five suppliers pointing at each other when a tolerance stacks up.
- Machining, component sourcing and assembly under one contract
- Built to your assembly drawing or bill of materials (BOM)
- Press fits, bonding, thread locking, tapping, bushings and helicoils
- Functional check and dimensional report per assembly
- Tolerances to ±0.01 mm on critical fits
- Single Belgian VAT invoice, DDP delivery across the Benelux

Frequently asked questions
- Do you source the standard components too?
- Yes. Send us the BOM and we buy the bearings, guides, fasteners, springs and seals. You pay one price per module instead of managing five suppliers.
- What does a precision mechanical assembly cost?
- The price is machined parts plus sourced components plus build time. From 10 modules the unit price drops noticeably, because fixtures and assembly jigs are amortised. Send your BOM for a price within 4 working hours.
- Do I get an inspection report?
- Yes. A First Article Inspection report on the first batch, then per-lot dimensional reports on request. Critical fits are inspected 100%.
- Can you assemble in cleanroom conditions?
- For critical applications we assemble and pack under ISO 7/8 cleanroom conditions at selected partners.
- What happens if one part does not fit?
- That is our problem, not yours. FormHub is your single contract partner for the complete module, rework included.
