How much does a nylon 3D printing service cost per part?

SLS or MJF — which should I choose?
Both sinter nylon powder without supports. MJF gives a finer, denser structure and a grey/black finish as standard; SLS gives a lighter matte surface. For most functional parts they are interchangeable — we pick based on wall thickness, detail and quantity.
Is SLS nylon strong enough for end-use parts?
Yes. PA12 reaches roughly 48 MPa tensile strength and stays tough under impact. For extra stiffness use glass-filled PA12-GF; for flexible parts use TPU.
Can parts be dyed black?
Yes, black dyeing is standard. We also offer bead blasting, tumbling for a smoother surface, and vapour smoothing for a sealed, watertight skin.
What is the minimum wall thickness?
0.8 mm for structural walls, 0.5 mm for non-load-bearing detail. Our DFM check flags thin zones automatically before you order.
